"GALLETTI" SHAPE CONTEST by MULINO BIANCO.

The new “Galletti” cookie restyle sees a total modification of the rooster, made more modern and minimal, wrapped in a particular concentric pattern that has both aesthetic and functional purpose.


The new “Galletti” cookie designed by me wants to focus on 2 particular concepts: NEW AESTHETICS and FUNCTIONALITY. The cookie sizes remain the same as those already in use: 4 cm base for 5 cm in height.

The first novelty, as a briefing, is precisely the new image of the rooster, brought to this new contest with extreme stylization. The study has identified 3 main parts of the animal and has divided and stylized in round shapes but harmonious: the wattle, the crest and the body “drop” of the animal.

The second novelty, however connected with the first, regards the Animal contour lines. These lines in fact propagate from the subject’s body to the end of the biscuit and they want to represent both a new aesthetic and functional concept. The grooves present between the various concentric lines make the biscuit IDEAL FOR KEEP THE LIQUID BEVERAGE WHEN DUNK THE BISCUIT and EVEN MAKE EASY THE BROKEN OF THAT COOKIE.
